Thermal Expansion Refractory Material - Vantect Series
Materials expand at temperatures above 220℃, blocking flames and heat transfer! Suppresses scattering after combustion.
The "Bantect Series" is a thermally expandable fireproof material that expands at temperatures above 220°C, blocking the transmission of flames and heat, and suppressing the scattering after combustion due to the effects of flame retardant additives. We also offer other products such as "Bantect MG (vulcanized rubber type)" which can be vulcanized and molded at 170°C (for 7 minutes or more), and "Bantect MJ (injection molded type)" which features high flexibility and durability. 【Features (partial)】 ■ Bantect Series - Material expands at temperatures above 220°C, blocking the transmission of flames and heat - Suppresses scattering after combustion due to the effects of flame retardant additives - Suitable products can be selected based on the application and construction method ■ Bantect MG (vulcanized rubber type) - Can be vulcanized and molded at 170°C (for 7 minutes or more) - Allows for the design of products with three-dimensional shapes through mold forming *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
